RESTRICTIONS HAVE LOWERED AND WE CAN NOW PERFORM EXAMINATIONS AND ROUTINE DENTAL TREATMENT, AS WELL AS EMERGENCY PROCEDURES. BOOK NOW BEFORE LEVEL 3 RESTRICTIONS RETURN.
We are still here for you, taking appointments and seeing patients for both routine and emergency dental treatment, with some extra precautionary measures:
We are delaying all appointments for all patients who have been overseas, been in contact with a confirmed/suspected case of Covid-19, and/or who have been unwell with symptoms of fever, shortness of breath, cough and/or sore throat for at least 14 days. Such persons will be encouraged to seek medical advice before scheduling appointments
All staff and persons entering the practice will be subject to mandatory temperature screening, and asked to use hand sanitiser on arrival
All waiting room chairs are spaced at least 1.5m apart, toys and reading material have been removed, and if there is any delay in appointment commencement, patients will be asked to wait in their car.
All patients will be asked to wash their hands prior to sitting down in the treatment chair
Appointment times will be more spaced out to allow time for extra disinfection of common areas (waiting room, all door handles, front desk area etc.) plus minimise number of patients in the waiting room at any one time.
It is our collective responsibility to safeguard public health and safety, and we hope that you understand that these are the necessary measures that we need to take during this difficult period.
For the foreseeable future, we are operating at reduced hours, by appointment only:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, Saturday 8:30am-1pm.
We thank you all for your understanding during these unsettling times.
